Are Southern Charm Stars Kathryn Dennis And Danni Baird Still Friends After That Jaw-Dropping Fight?

Southern Charm stars Kathryn Dennis and Danni Baird have been friends for a long time, so it was quite a shock to fans when they got into a fight during a recent episode. Were the two southern belles able to patch things up and remain friends?

During Craig Conover’s pillow party, Dennis overheard Baird talking to Chelsea Meissner about how Dennis had been impossible to reach before their girls’ trip. Dennis got noticeably upset even though neither Baird nor Meissner were talking trash.

“There was nothing bad said at all,” Meissner told Dennis. “It was nothing but good things. I don’t know why you would be upset.”

Baird tried to talk with Dennis, but she didn’t want to hear it. Dennis said that she was “not even going here” and that made Baird mad. She told Dennis that if she couldn’t have a mature conversation, “then don’t sit here and be fake as s**t.”

“I’ve actually been a really good friend to her,” Baird told Shep Rose.

“I’ve been a great f—— friend to you too, so f— off right now. I’m not even talking,” replied Dennis.

When Dennis left the party, it wasn’t clear where she and Baird stood, but Dennis recently cleared things up with a new Instagram post. The mom-of-two wrote that it was at that low point in her friendship with Baird that she realized what a true friend was.

Dennis explained that for her, a true friend is someone who always loves you no matter how imperfect, confused, or wrong you are. She says that is what a friend is supposed to, and Baird has taught her a lot about friendship. She finished up the post – that included a pic from their girls’ treehouse trip – by writing “I love you.”

The two ladies even watched the most recent episode of Southern Charm together, and Dennis said in her Instagram story that she isn’t as big of a jerk as she appears to be in that fight scene. Baird said she wasn’t a jerk, either, and added that the two really do love each other.

During a recent interview with Decider, Baird said that Dennis knew she was out of line, and they have discussed what went down between them during that argument. Baird explained that she knows how Kathryn Dennis’ mind works and how she deals with things, but her behavior at that moment was unacceptable and she wasn’t going to let her friend get away with it.

Danni Baird said the scene would be hard to watch, but she doesn’t regret anything she said.
