Skriver revealed some of her health secrets to HollywoodLife. She says that when it comes to working out, she's all about variety. "Instead of one specific workout, I love to switch it up and to keep my body guessing," she says. "One day I'll be in the gym with weights, the next I'll do some boxing, and maybe the next day I'll go for a run on the beach or play volleyball with some friends."
Skriver likes to have fun when she works out. She tells HollywoodLife that this is one of her secrets to staying motivated. "The key is just to stay active and to make it fun! Then it doesn't feel too much like work and you can enjoy it."
Skriver revealed her typical diet to HollywoodLife. Her meals have a lot of protein in them."For breakfast, I'll make myself a vegetable omelet most of the time. Usually with some spinach and mushrooms. For lunch, my favorite is chicken, usually with a good spicy kick of sauce and some rice and other sides. My favorite meal for dinner is definitely steak. I love a perfectly cooked ribeye or filet mignon!"
Skriver tells The Cut that she doesn't believe in cutting indulgences out. She says that she likes to treat herself on occasion. "My grandma has always been like, 'If you enjoy it when you eat it's going to go to the right places. But the second you're guilty about it, you're going to see it places you don't want'. So now I call it a 'treat day' — I treat myself. Once in a while you gotta eat something good — everything from pizza to burgers. And I'm a huge fan of chocolate."
Skriver tells The Cut that she loves to weight and strength train. "It's been a long process to figure out what works for me. What worked was lifting weights. It did wonders for my body, I really notice how it has changed the shape."
