The Chainsmokers drop new track 'You Owe Me'

Following on from the release of ‘Sick Boy’ last month, The Chainsmokers are back with another new offering called ‘You Owe Me’. Both tracks have now been packaged as a two-sided single titled ‘Sick Boy…You Owe Me’.

Whilst ‘Sick Boy’ showcases a darker sound to the EDM duo, ‘You Owe Me’ takes things even further, both musically and visually. Veering away from their infectious dance style, Alex and Drew have opted to channel a more alternative sound.

The music video for ‘You Owe Me’ also showcases a new side to The Chainsmokers. Directed by long time collaborator Rory Kramer, the visual sees Alex and Drew cleaning a mansion in preparation for a nice, intimate dinner party. Nothing unusual here, right? Well, just as the guests tuck in to their meals, things take an unexpected turn as it seems that Alex and Drew are more interested in the people around the table than the food on their plates…

The Chainsmokers are currently in the middle of their European Memories…Do Not Open tour. As well as further dates across the globe, Alex and Drew will also be continuing their Las Vegas residency at XS Nightclub this year.
