The Athletic has live coverage of Dolphins vs. Titans on Monday Night Football
Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is not in concussion protocol, coach Mike Vrabel said Monday, after Henry was evaluated for a concussion in the fourth quarter of Tennessee’s 31-28 OT loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

By avoiding concussion protocol, Henry is on track to play this week against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night.
Henry took a hard hit at the end of a run before walking off the field under his own power. He had had two touchdowns and 102 yards on 21 carries before exiting. With Henry out, rookie Tyjae Spears stepped in and added 75 yards on 16 carries.
Henry, a three-time Pro Bowler who led the NFL in rushing yards and touchdowns in both 2019 and 2020, has rushed for 739 yards and six scores this season. The Titans (4-8) are in last place in the AFC South.
The Titans aren’t likely to seriously enter the playoff race again — up next is a “Monday Night Football” assignment at Miami that isn’t likely to go well — but Sunday’s injuries might make it tough for the Titans to win another game. Defensive end Jeffery Simmons, punter Ryan Stonehouse and tight end Josh Whyle all left with knee injuries, with the severity unknown — though Stonehouse’s injury looked especially bad.
